Where do you customize your products?
-    All product customization is completed at our Pinellas Park, FL facility.

What is your production time?
-    Orders typically ship within 5 to 10 business days after the order proof is approved. Large orders may require longer production times but most orders ship in less than 3 weeks.

Is shipping included in your pricing?
-    Shipping is not included in our pricing but shipping quotes will be provided when a purchase order gets submitted.

Do you charge a setup fee?
-    Unless otherwise stated on the product page, Bulk Custom Tumblers does not charge any setup fees on orders.

Will I receive a proof before my order gets fulfilled?
-    Yes, all of our custom branded items will require a digital proof to be approved before being sent to production.

How do I send you my artwork?
-    Please email us your artwork to Orders@BulkCustomTumblers.com or Artwork@BulkCustomTumblers.com  (Please include your PO number in the subject line)

Do you have a minimum order quantity?
-    Please refer to the individual products information to check if there’s a minimum order quantity of the item you’re interested in.

What artwork files do you accept?
-    Vector files are always best. AI, SVG, CDR, EPS, and PDF files with all text converted to lines will produce the best results. If you don’t have a vector file, please provide us with a high resolution (300dpi) PNG or JPEG. Artwork fees may apply.

Do you offer customization on customer-supplied items?
-    Bulk Custom Tumblers does offer contract branding services on items that we don’t personally sell. Please email or call us so we can discuss the scope of your project.
